Metropolitan Ministries Holiday Tent

We’re looking for volunteers to help brighten the holidays for area families in need at the Metropolitan Ministries Holiday Tent.
The Morning “Inside the Tent” Volunteer Opportunity includes assisting in the donation lane, food or toy sorting, food or toy shopping with clients, hospitality, environmental, client check-in, stocking stuffers or other areas as needed. We ask that you remain flexible to the needs of the clients. Assignments are given after the brief Volunteer Orientation and are based on the needs of the clients and ages of volunteers. Volunteers must be at least 8 years old.
If you are a Big (or a parent) and would like to bring a minor with you, the child would need to register at that site as well. In addition, any minor needs to bring a copy of this MetMin Minor Waiver, signed by his/her parent or guardian, when they come to the Holiday Tent on Dec. 23.
