Gasparilla Distance Classic

We are looking for volunteers to help work at the Gasparilla Distance Classic Expo.

This event takes place indoors at the Tampa Convention Center and many safety elements will be in place. Everyone entering the Expo Hall will be required to wear a mask. There will be a limited number of people who are allowed to be in the Expo Hall at any one time. And to maintain social distancing, there will be fewer volunteers in each of volunteer areas.

There are three 4-hour shifts available

• 8:30 am-12:30 pm
• 12:30 pm-4:30 pm
• 4:30 pm-8:30 pm

2. Click the Volunteer black button located on the right side of the screen under the dates.
3. On the next page, Big Brother Big Sister volunteers will enter the access code BBBS and the Validate button to view their unique shifts. If you are BBBS volunteer, you must enter the access code to see your shifts. Do not use T-shirt Distribution.
4. Complete the Registration Form. Please note Your organization name should appear under Volunteer Groups so you know you are on the correct page.
5. At the bottom of the page, select the shift you want to work from the menu under Option.  If you would like to work more than one shift, click the Add Another shift button. When complete click Continue.
6. Read and accept the Waiver.
7. Review your information and click Submit Order.  You will receive a confirmation email from Race Roster – check your spam/junk folder for it.
